All RFIs are raised in writing and tracked through a formal RFI log shared with the design team. Verbal site clarifications are followed up in writing the same day. The principle is simple: nothing is resolved silently; every clarification has a paper trail.

Yes. We are happy to share references from established London architectural practices and interior design studios on request. We can also provide details of completed schemes including photographs, scope summaries, and design team credits where appropriate.

Yes. We work under JCT Standard Building Contract, Intermediate Form, and Minor Works depending on project scale. We are equally comfortable with bespoke contracts where the design team or client prefers an alternative arrangement.

A structured weekly progress report covering programme status, works completed, works planned, RFIs raised and resolved, valuations status and any commercial or programme issues requiring design team input. Reports are issued in writing every week without prompt.

Yes. A significant proportion of our work is on listed buildings and within conservation areas across London, particularly in SW London. We coordinate with conservation officers and heritage consultants, and bring the specialist trades required for lime mortar, heritage joinery, and discreet structural interventions.

Our work is consistently high-end residential — typical project values range from £250,000 to £1.5 million, covering substantial extensions, whole-house refurbishments and combined extension + refurbishment schemes under a single principal contract.

A formal handover package including snagging sign-off, building control certification, O&M manuals, warranty documentation and as-built drawings (where applicable). A structured aftercare period follows handover, with defects resolved promptly throughout.
