A full-width side-return and rear extension with a whole-house refurbishment of a Victorian terrace in the sought-after streets between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons, delivered in close collaboration with the appointed architect and interior designer. Our brief was to translate a considered architectural scheme into a precisely executed reality — from the steel-framed glazing and reconfigured ground floor through to the bespoke joinery and integrated lighting.
Key challenges included sequencing trades around live family occupation, coordinating Party Wall agreements with both neighbours on a tight terraced plot, and delivering an architect-specified material palette without compromise — all while respecting the conservation-area character of the street.
