A substantial rear extension and full ground-floor refurbishment of an Edwardian villa in Wimbledon Village, delivered in close collaboration with the appointed architect and interior designer. Our brief was to translate a considered architectural scheme into a precisely executed reality — from the steel-framed glazing through to the bespoke joinery and integrated lighting.

Key challenges included sequencing trades around live family occupation, coordinating Party Wall agreements with both neighbours, and delivering an architect-specified material palette without compromise — all within Wimbledon Village's conservation area.
